Faith
Our teachers teach from within the Christian faith and will relate class concepts to the Christianity world view. Headington Hill Classical Academy instructors will affirm the dogmas expressed in the Nicene Creed without exception, and affirm traditional moral teachings of the faith. will be individuals who pursue virtue and holiness in their own lives as they are challenged to serve as living examples for our students.

Pedagogy
We desire for our instructors to not only be well-versed in classical education but also to integrate it into every facet of their teaching. If you are selected for an interview, we would love to hear about your teaching experiences and how you incorporate a classical approach into your pedagogy. If classical education is new to you, we offer ongoing education opportunities and a Classical Christian Teaching Certification program.

Qualifications
Our teachers love God, love students, and love their subjects. They preferably have a Bachelor's degree, experience working with children or in education, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. HHCA teachers are mentors, investing in the lives of students for a world that needs them.
