Emily Boldman

Kindergarten Teacher.

Emily is eager to work alongside Headington Hill’s mission. She graduated from Gloria Deo Academy in 2023. Emily began her walk with Christ at an early age and is passionately ready to expose the glory of Christ to the next generation. She loves cultivating local historic traditions such as vernacular Ozarks music and community square dancing. Having studied for eight years, Emily has learned to fiddle in a wide range of settings. She began taking classical violin lessons at age ten, but at age twelve, she began attending old-time and bluegrass music camps which taught her to play by ear. Now, she teaches fiddle from home, at various workshops, and at two of Ozark Mountain Music Association’s annual summer camps. She currently plays fiddle in three bluegrass bands and often fiddles for local square and contra dances. Since music has brought her to a more profound love of her Creator, she hopes to pass her zeal on to others.
