Kristie  holds an M.Ed. in History and post-graduate hours in Literature. Kristie has spent all of her adult life in education, which after the Great Commission, is her second vocation. “I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else” (Lewis). The single most impactful event of my life was the moment I asked Jesus to be Lord of it. The event itself was not very dramatic, but it has shaped who I am, how I see the world, and how I respond to the world. Guiding others to see the world through the lens of Christ is my passion. As a classical educator since 2001, I have had the opportunity to work in all areas of academia: teaching, curriculum writing, administration, training, implementing, mentoring. Classical education, enlivened by a Christian worldview, has been the engine of transformation in my live, and the lives of many of those whom I have been fortunate to walk alongside.
