Krista Wilson
Fourth Grade Teacher.
Krista holds Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education, as well as Special Education and Reading Specialist certifications. She taught special education for 17 years in Lebanon and Nixa school districts, and served as a reading specialist in Nixa and Ozark schools for the last 10 years. She retired from public school in May of 2024. Krista has been learning about Classical Christian Education over the last few years through reading and attending conferences, and is thrilled to continue working with students at Headington Hill Classical Academy. Her passion is to help cultivate a love of reading and a joy of learning in her students. Krista is active in Bible Study Fellowship -Springfield Women’s evening class, and is a member of the Springfield chapter of Daughters of the Holy Cross. She and her husband Brent enjoy reading, watching old movies, and spending time with family and friends.
